SheetRise Privacy Policy
Updated October 3, 2026 · version 2026-10-03.r04.
SheetRise is an Excel learning app by INTEVALIA, operated by JR BRASIL CONSULTORIA LTDA. This policy covers local practice and connected accounts, learning records, challenges, groups and subscriptions when available in your version.
You can practice free content without an account. Appearing in the public leaderboard is optional. Joining a group involves a separate choice to share learning information.
Practice on your device
The app stores your optional local name or nickname, daily practice goal, initial assessment, drafts, answers, formulas, hints used, validated activities, practice dates, mistakes for review, completed projects and local points. Earlier records are preserved to continue your learning.
Without a connected account, these records remain on your device or in the storage of the website used in a browser. Exercise data is fictional. The app does not import personal spreadsheets or request contacts, location, camera, photos or microphone access. Avoid entering real personal or sensitive information in practice cells.
Account and identification
When you create or access an account, your email and password are sent over a protected connection to Firebase Authentication, a Google service, for sign-in, password recovery and email verification. The service also processes technical data, such as IP address and browser or app information, for security and abuse prevention. Your password is not sent to INTEVALIA's learning server or displayed to groups.
The SheetRise server receives the account identifier, email verification status, chosen nickname, practice goal, privacy choices and accepted rules version. Account nicknames contain 2 to 24 characters. Session identifiers keep you signed in; the installed app stores them using the platform's secure mechanism. In a browser, the session is kept in site storage. Sign out on shared devices.
Connected learning
When you use a connected account, activity answers are sent to the SheetRise service on Cloudflare Workers and D1 to evaluate them and record results. The service stores activity identifiers, validations, hint use to indicate independent work, practice dates, mistakes for review and challenge completion. Answers are processed for checking; the learning database records outcomes without storing the full text of submitted formulas or cells.
These records recover your Skills Passport, organize review and check points under the same rules across plans. Answers awaiting upload may remain in a local queue. Cell drafts are not published in leaderboards or group reports. Local-only records and unsynchronized drafts are not guaranteed to be recoverable on another device.
Leaderboard: an optional choice
You appear in the app's public leaderboard only when you choose to join it. Other participants can see your nickname and round points; your email is not displayed. The leaderboard requires a verified-email account and results validated by the service.
You can withdraw from the public leaderboard in account preferences without losing the right to practice. Leaving it does not automatically delete your personal activity and challenge records; account deletion is a separate action. Screens identified as demonstrations use fictional data and do not prove real participation.
Groups and departments
To accept an invitation, you confirm that you want to join the group and share information with its organizer. Members can see nicknames, departments and group results. The organizer can view counts of validated activities and solutions completed without hints, as well as challenge results. Reports do not show passwords, emails, payment information or cell drafts.
The service records the group, organizer, department, membership, invitation, expiry and invitation use. You can leave a group while keeping your personal learning. The organizer may remove a seat or close the group. Closing a group does not delete members' personal learning. Recorded round results may remain in group history while the group exists.
Subscriptions and purchase records
When an offer is available, subscriptions are purchased through Google Play or the App Store. The store handles the payment method. SheetRise does not request or receive card numbers or bank details.
To verify, restore and maintain access, the app sends product and transaction identifiers and technical purchase proof to the service, linked to your account. It stores plan, platform, status, validity and verification outcome. These records grant the correct access and prevent assigning the same purchase to different accounts. Subscriptions do not buy points or leaderboard multipliers.
Deleting an account, signing out or uninstalling does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel renewal through Google Play or App Store subscription management. Keep your receipts. Stores retain transaction records under their own rules; deleting them from SheetRise does not delete store history.
Providers, security and transfers
Data needed for connected features travels over HTTPS with encryption in transit. This is not a promise of end-to-end encryption: services must process data to authenticate you and check activities or purchases. Account identity and feature permissions control access within SheetRise.
Firebase/Google, Cloudflare, Google Play and Apple process data needed for the described services. Processing may occur outside Brazil: Firebase Authentication operates in the United States, and Cloudflare uses international infrastructure. See Firebase privacy information and Cloudflare's privacy policy.
The app has no ads, advertising identifier, audience analytics tool, advertising tracking or data transmission to a live AI tutor. Hints and AI examples are educational content included in the app. Authentication and hosting providers may retain technical security and operation records, such as IP addresses and requests; these are separate from audience analytics.
Documentation and support links open only by your action. Public pages are hosted on GitHub Pages, whose provider may record visitors' IP addresses for security. See GitHub's privacy statement. SheetRise pages contain no analytics scripts, ads or data-collection forms.
Retention and account deletion
Local data remains while you retain app or site storage. Connected profile, learning, points, groups and access-proof records remain while the account exists, including after a subscription ends, to preserve learning and history.
When account deletion is confirmed, the authentication identity is removed and linked profile, activity, points, membership and purchase-proof records are removed from SheetRise's active database. If the deleted account organized a group, that group and its invitations are closed; other members' personal learning remains.
The service keeps a pseudonymous technical deletion record containing a cryptographic digest of the identifier and the date, to prevent reuse of earlier sessions. This record contains no nickname, email or answers. Reports made by other people may remain for safety handling without identifying the deleted account. Records needed for a legal obligation or fraud prevention may have specific retention; support explains the data, reason and period when applicable.
Removal from the active database does not instantly erase every provider's technical copy. Firebase states that, following requested deletion, authentication data is removed from live and backup systems within 180 days. D1 technical recovery has a window of up to 7 days on the free plan; any plan or retention change requires updating this information before use. Such copies are not used to keep a deleted account operating. D1 retention reference.
Voluntary support emails remain while needed for the request and its history. You may request information or deletion of those messages through the same contact. The operator explains any records that need to remain and why.
How to request deletion or manage data
In the app, open Account → Delete my account, read the effects, and confirm your identity and deletion. The app may ask for your password for a recent sign-in within the account screen. Never send your password by email.
If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, use the SheetRise account deletion request page or write to contato@intevalia.com, preferably from the registered email. Support confirms ownership by replying to that address or using another proportionate verification method before processing deletion. Sending the message does not automatically delete the account.
To remove only local data, clear SheetRise storage in Android settings, delete the app on iOS or remove site data in your browser. Offloading an iOS app while retaining documents is different from deleting it. Clearing local data does not delete a connected account. Delete exported progress files and backups you control as well. JSON export, when offered, is a local action available only in the browser.
You may request access, correction or clarification through the contact below. Account recovery and purchase restoration do not automatically restore drafts that existed only on one device.
Audience and community rules
SheetRise is intended for people aged 13 and over, including secondary-school students, university students, enthusiasts and teams. Minors should use accounts and purchases with guidance from their parent or guardian, under the store and service rules. The app does not request date of birth, identity documents or school records for practice.
Use respectful nicknames and group names. Do not publish other people's personal information, insults, harassment, discriminatory, sexual or illegal content, or impersonate another person. Report inappropriate content or behavior using reporting and blocking options when shown, or contact support. Reports record the participants, reason and date for review. The responsible team may limit visibility or access as needed to handle the case.
