Request deletion of your SheetRise account

This page lets you initiate deletion of your account and associated data for SheetRise, an INTEVALIA app developed by JR BRASIL CONSULTORIA LTDA. You do not need to reinstall the app to contact us.
Request inside the app
If you can sign in, open Account → Delete my account. Read the effects, complete the identity confirmation requested within the app and confirm deletion. This removes the authentication account and connected data when the service confirms completion.
External request by email
- Write to contato@intevalia.com, preferably using the email registered with SheetRise.
- Use the subject SheetRise | Account deletion request and state that you want to delete your SheetRise account and associated data. If using another address, provide only the account email to locate.
- Support will confirm ownership by replying to the registered address, or guide a proportionate verification method if you lost access. Confirm the request before deletion is processed.
- Wait for support to confirm completion and explain any specific data that must remain. Sending the first email does not automatically delete the account.
Do not send a password, verification code, ID token, refresh token, receipt containing sensitive information or identity documents. This page does not collect those details or send messages by itself. The link opens your email app so you can review and confirm sending.
Data removed and retention
The request covers authentication identity, profile, connected learning records, points, group membership and technical purchase proofs linked to your account. If you organize a group, that group and its invitations will close without deleting other members' personal learning.
A pseudonymous technical deletion marker may remain to prevent earlier sessions from being reused. Reports made by other people may remain without identifying the deleted account. Firebase and Cloudflare may keep technical copies within the retention windows described in the Privacy Policy. If another retention applies for a legal obligation or fraud prevention, support will explain the data, reason and period.
You need to remove device-only data, exported files and copies you control. Clearing storage or uninstalling does not replace deletion of a connected account.
Cancel store renewal separately
Deleting your SheetRise account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Before deletion, open the store's subscription management to cancel renewal if desired. The store keeps its own payment history and receipts under its rules. Save your receipt before removing the account.
